Methods of Procedures Development
Network Dynamics leverages its library of detailed Voice over IP (VoIP) methods
and procedures documentation along with its experience to offer customers complete
site assessment and readiness analysis, including proof of concept and pilot programs,
staging and test plans and the recovery/return/disposal of de-commissioned assets.

Network Assurance and Test Lab
Network Dynamics new 11,000 square foot Network Assurance and Test facility
in Oldsmar, Florida, allows us to conduct extensive network tests to ensure
successful customer implementations. Customized environments include customer
and/or NDI-provided packet filters, bandwidth and utilization measurement, WLAN
connectivity, custom telephony install kitting and more.

Project Management
With a project management team experienced with high-volume,
complex VoIP deployments, NDI offers a single-point-of-contact (SPOC)
for all phases of warehousing, staging, project management, shipping,
implementation and training. On-line reporting and project management
tools keep customers informed of project status.

Logistics Support
NDI has over 120 logistics depots in North America. On-line tools enable us
to manage end-to-end sparing, returns and movement status reporting. NDI's
ability to pre-stage systems at its Network Assurance and Test lab enables
us to 'kit' to depots by required geography for hold and pick up by the
local, on-site technician based on scheduling requirements.

On-site Converged Deployment Services
Thousands of highly experienced, technical resources from Network Dynamics (direct and
contract partners) are available to tend to major, high volume deployments.
- As required, Security Clearance, Bonded and Badged Technical Resources are provided.
- If applicable, NDI users a 'team' approach regionally for consistency of on-site branch implementations.
- Branch implementation and deployment managed by Central Project Manager Teams using 'PUSH' Methods of Procedures for consistency of Converged Deployment services.
