Jim Griffin has over 25 years experience in providing excellent and consistent service
to his customers in both the telecommunications and networking industries. As the senior
vice president of service operations, Jim Griffin is responsible for all service delivery
and operations functions at NDI. Prior to joining NDI, he held various management positions
including senior vice president & general manager for Vital Network Services, vice president
of operations at Solunet, Inc., and vice president of service for the Americas at Timeplex,
Inc. He has a Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) in Organizational Management.
