NETWORK DYNAMICS, INC. RECEIVES RENEWAL OF SILVER CERTIFICATION FROM CISCO SYSTEMS

 

Tampa, Florida -- May 18, 2004 -- Network Dynamics, Inc., a network technology and life cycle solutions provider, announced today it has been recertified as a Cisco Silver partner in the United States for the fourth year in a row. The Cisco Channel Partner Program provides NDI with the ability to sell, install and support Cisco networking solutions nationwide. Earning this certification requires that NDI continue to meet or exceed the stringent guidelines and requirements outlined by Cisco's program related to personnel, support, customer satisfaction and product/technology specialization.

NDI also benefits from this certification by receiving a wealth of sales and marketing information, as well as technical tools and support from Cisco. Cisco Silver Partners provide their customers with 8x5 support with one-hour call back for problem resolution and 24-hour onsite response.
