Oldsmar, FL and Atlanta, GA -- August 29, 2005 -- Network Dynamics, Inc., a network technology and life cycle solutions provider, announced today it has been selected by Wave7 Optics, an industry leader in FTTP (fiber-to-the premises) systems, to be its tier one technical support service provider. Network Dynamics will provide 24x365 technical
support to all of Wave7 Optics’ domestic and international customers.
With this multi-year agreement, Network Dynamics will link its Managed Services Center, based in Oldsmar, Florida, to the Wave7 corporate headquarters and engineering groups in Alpharetta, Georgia. Network Dynamics will work closely with the Wave7 Optics advanced engineering support group to ensure faster turnaround and resolution of their customers’ technical support issues.

It also enables us to better support our international customers on a 24x7 basis.”
