When you contract with NDI for installation services, an onsite field technician will be dispatched to your site(s) to physically install your equipment. Once on your site, our technicians will inventory, inspect, setup and perform internal diagnostic testing. They’ll also perform local connectivity testing and validate that the equipment is installed in the network and can be accessed by your network management station.
