Under our Logistics Management service, NDI provides you with a comprehensive solution - including secure facilities, proven processes, and trained staff - to receive, store, and ship your hardware and parts.
NDI will receive your inventory, warehouse the parts, and ship the parts when they are required. Spares with 2-hour (where available) or 4-hour SLAs are kept in secure, local depot sites. Replenishment components for the local depots and spares with Next Business Day (NBD) SLAs are housed in our secure central distribution location.
